Our services adhere to well-established frameworks such as ITILv4 to ensure the highest level of process compliance. Infosys delivers Azure operational services with processes, controls, and best practices embedded within its Infosys Polycloud platform which leverages Azure native tools and selected third-party tools.

Operations Service Catalog

Our cloud operations service catalog is built around a cloud adoption framework and addresses the needs of basic and advanced cloud operations requirements.

Azure baseline operations: This covers the basic needs of the cloud infrastructure and platforms.

  • Monitoring & alerting: For Azure resource and service (including IaaS and PaaS) with Azure monitor
  • Compliance: Monitor policy drifts, and ensure policy compliance
  • Data Protection & recovery: Backup and recovery for Azure and non-Azure workloads, resources for Azure site recovery and Azure backup
  • Provisioning & de-provisioning: Provisioning, configuration, and updates for Azure resources with full automation using ARM templates
  • Operating system (OS) support: OS administration includes patch deployment using Azure update service and upgrades

Azure enhanced operations: This addresses the special needs of cloud workloads. Enhanced baseline operations provide the below services (in addition to the baseline services mentioned above):

  • Observability platform: Building and supporting observability platform to enable SRE operations
  • ITSM tool integration: Integrating monitoring tools with ITSM platform for streamlining alert and incident management process
  • AI Operations: AI-powered insights and automated/assisted incident handling that leverage AI and BOTs

Infosys managed services for Azure take a policy-driven approach and policies are implemented as code. This ensures consistent implementation and timely remediation in case of any drift.

Infosys offers a tiered service model with four service categories. The service levels are well-defined with a transparent pricing model. The Azure resources will be placed in the right category to meet the expected service levels.

Infosys has reference architecture and implementation blueprints for operations which would be used to define the toolset for managed services. Infosys will seamlessly embed the tools that are required to deliver the managed services in a single commercial model.
